I had the privilege of singing under the direction of William Freeman for the Episcopal Ordination of Bishop Gregory Gordon, Auxiliary Bishop of Las Vegas. Prior to my experience of working under William for the ordination, I had also previously observed that William’s work as Music Director of St. Anthony of Padua (as well as Guardian Angel Cathedral), has been very successful at bringing the congregational repertoire into line with the norms of Vatican II.
